New attraction in Rovaniemi: the Icepark
The Icepark Finland is situated at the Arctic Circle, about 8 kilometers north of Rovaniemi, right next to the Santa Claus Village. The main attraction is an artificially built Iceberg, which visitors can use for climbing.
The Icepark also offers a stage made of ice, an ice restaurant, huts made out of ice, an ice labyrinth, ice sculptures, an ice slide and skating rink.
The Icepark will be open untill mid March 2010.
